The world doesn't need more content.
It needs more context.
AI can fill the page. It cannot fill the room.
We bring the world AI hasn't lived in, real experience, body language, inherited circumstance, living intelligence.
The things you cannot prompt your way through. We call it whole-world thinking.

Who We Are
Years of work and play have trained us to slip between contexts, remix cultural codes, and chase the barefaced truths of being absurdly human.
-
CoFounder | Creative Communications
Rheea has spent over 15 years shaping brands and creative communication with equal parts intuition and strategy. With a grounding in social work and writing, her work often sits where gender, mental health, and pop culture intersect. She co-ran Write Leela Write from 2014–2021, worked with UNA Brands across APAC lifestyle brands, and has consulted for fintech, AI design studios, digital marketing teams, start-ups, F&B, education, and non-profits.
She’s the author of The Body Myth (2019), The Girl Who Kept Falling in Love (2023), and Liar Liar (forthcoming, HarperCollins 2026). She handles crises with clarity and humour, but realistically wouldn’t survive a day without her two iced Americanos.

CoFounder | Creative Direction| Photo and Video
With a Master’s in Media & Communication and a VFX diploma, Sahithi began as a rotoscope artist in the Telugu film industry before moving through roles at The Hindu, The New Indian Express, Hashtag Magazine, and Indulge. But her real training came from being thrown into roles with no manuals, where initiative mattered more than degrees. She’s a video and a documentary maker who learns by doing.
She finds beauty in ordinary light and everyday scenes, transforming them into visuals that feel quiet and intimate. Brave behind the camera and at work, yet she’s spent eight years wanting to cut her hair, held back only by what her mother might say.

Communication Design and Visual Identity
Disha is a Communication and Brand Designer who believes that in a world drowning in content, clarity is the most radical thing you can offer. She studied MA Communication Design at Falmouth University in the UK, where she won a D&AD New Blood Award and was part of the New Blood Academy cohort — experiences that shaped how she thinks about design as both a strategic and human discipline. She went on to join Barn, BBH London's prestigious eight-month advertising programme, and spent two years as a Junior Designer at NBC Universal DreamWorks in London, working across one of the world's most iconic entertainment studios.
Since then, she has built a career that spans advertising, brand identity, art direction and visual design across agencies and studios in London, Mumbai and Bengaluru. Her work is grounded in the belief that good design should feel intentional, human and clear.

Our Team
-
Photographer & Brand VisualiserShaheen’s photography lives at the intersection of cultural storytelling, intimate portraiture and a feminist-queer gaze. Her images hold joy, sensuality, and craft-led fashion that’s driven by intuition. She’s worked on brand campaigns for NorBlackNorWhite, Storymfg, Kanakavalli, weaving story and style into every frame. You’ll know a Shaheen image when you see it, it smirks, seduces, and remembers.
-
Illustrator & Brand DesignerUrja is our illustrator and brand designer, a creature of flora, fauna, moonlit coffee, and grass underfoot. Whimsical when she wants to play, startlingly detailed when she decides to zoom in. Her cope is watching really cringe Bollywood movies, especially those featuring Akshay Kumar.

Moonbird’s Silent Engine
Utsav is our silent partner. He is a French Professor in Bangalore and tends to doomscroll in his spare time. He also works a corporate job, manages his children (dog, Jeera, cat Dua) with precise parenting roles. He loves dark humour and his solitude. He is like a tree with flowers, only more colourful and ticklish.

Finance Guardian of MoonbirdRaghavendra is the keeper of ledgers, filings and peace of mind. While we dream in mood boards, he dreams in spreadsheets. He’s supported our entrepreneur journeys since 2016.
