Step One: Email or WhatsApp Us!

Timeline:

We'll respond in 1-2 working days of first contact. We’re a small team of three, so please feel free to ping us again if we seem to have forgotten you!

Step Two: Video Call or In-Person Meet

We’ll see each other’s faces, get a sense if we are the right fit for each other and talk about your plans for your business or organization. You’ll tell us about your project scope— is it a website, or a logo design, a community workshop, video campaigns or a little bit of everything?

You’ll send us all the pertinent documentation and information you have. And we’ll send you relevant sample projects and case studies to show you our process and how we approach our work.

Timeline:

Depending on your schedules and ours, we’ll set up a meet within 7 working days of first contact! Let us know if you’re in a hurry and we’ll speed that up.

Step Three: Project Deliverables & Costing

Once we have all the information we need from you about your project, we will put together and send you our monthly retainer fee, proposal of deliverables and a rough timeline— whether it be social media videos and posts created in one month, or a larger website content and design project scheduled in chunks over 3 months.


We’ll also rope in any of our expert collaborators for corporate training, educational modules, voice overs, web development and more depending on your needs. We’ll give you their costing as well.

Timeline:
Depending on the size and the scope of the project and how much we can do in-house and how many external resources we need to bring on, we’ll be able to send you this within 10 days of our meeting. Do let us know if there’s a looming deadline and we’ll see how best to accommodate you.


Note:
We do not charge any commissions when we bring on board collaborators. We earn nothing from recommending them to you. You are also free to work with them independently and without our oversight in the future. We love to share the love and talent.

Step Four: Signing on & Advance Payment

We believe it takes time to fully immerse ourselves in your organization’s purpose, so our smallest engagement is a 3 month retainer.

Once you sign the service agreement with us, we will take a 50% advance to block our time for you so that you have your in-house design and comms team ready and dedicated to your work.

Timeline:

Once the contract is signed and the payment is done, we get to work!

Step Five: Finish, Stop, or Renew

We get it, things change and your design and comms needs also change. We don’t believe in lock-in contracts on projects that give you no freedom to change your mind. No matter how long your project is with us, at the half-way mark of the project timeline, we sit with you and look at the terms of our engagement again, so you will always get the right impact from our work.

You’re welcome to disengage at the half-way mark, with no compulsion to finish the full contract.

Note: You can always pause your retainer with us and come back when the time is right!
